How to Cancel Your Planet Fitness Membership
Planet Fitness bills customers on the 17th of each month. To cancel your monthly membership and stop the monthly billing on the 17th of the month, the club requires written notification by the 10th of the month delivered to your local club in person or through certified mail. Memberships cannot be cancelled via fax, phone, or email. If this membership has a 'minimum' term, and you wish to cancel prematurely, a $58 plus applicable taxes 'Buy Out' fee is required with your cancellation.
