How to Cancel Your Equinox Membership

To cancel your subscription you must email or telephone The Financial Times; it is not possible to cancel your subscription online. You may cancel your subscription at any time and FT will refund you on a pro rata basis. This means that FT will refund you with any amounts you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining period of your subscription. You may temporarily suspend delivery, although you must provide at least 5 business days advance notice. Certain of the Sites offer the facility to suspend delivery online (see the relevant section of the applicable Site or contact us for further details). Cancellations and suspensions will only be effective once FT receives notice of them. Depending on your country of residence, you may have additional cancellation rights. If applicable, details will be made available during the subscription process.
