AT&T's website states the early termination fee of, "$325 minus $10 for each full month of completed Service Commitment" for advanced devices, and "$150 minus $4 for each full month of completed Service Commitment" for simple devices.

Cancellation Without a Fee

You can avoid paying the early termination fee if you are moving to a different country, going on military deployment, moving to an area in America with no AT&T service, or if AT&T makes material changes to your contract.
